Love these tips. I do a gratitude journal every night which I feel puts me in good thoughts before sleeping.
I think #6 is the hardest one to implement, but when you do I’ve seen the change in my life.

We need positivity. I have been noting down every morning top 5 positive things in my life, this habit helped a lot keeping me focused and positive.

These are all good, but oh how I don’t love that count your blessings. I have heard that so many times while battling depression. When depressed you tend to know that you are very bless but your mind keeps telling you that you do not deserve any of it.
